When submitting a support ticket please include all required fields and a detailed description of your issue. Please avoid general descrptions like its not working, fix it, cant get it to work etc. The more detailed you are, the better we will be able to assist you. Please include if your using PC or Mac.

Support requests are usually answered quickly however can take up to 24 hours. If you do not recieved a support ticket confirmation email with a ticket number a few minutes after you submit the ticket, please check your spam filters.
