What formats are available?
We have Windows Media and Flash. The WMV files can stream or be downloaded, and Flash is streaming only.

What connection speed to I need?
For broadband users, we have a bitrate for just about everyone. For dial up, technically you could download the videos using dial up, it would just require patience. Be sure to check out the scene select tool, that will allow you to select and download only the parts you want. Streaming to dial up would not work very well.

If I'm on a Mac, how do I save the videos?
You would have to download either the full movie, or use the scene select feature and download the WMV file. To play WMV files on a Mac, you would either need to use the free VLC media player we link to in our downloads section, use this free plug in, or have another player capable of playing WMV.

I just upgraded to Snow Leopard. When I try to watch something online, multiple tabs keep opening in Firefox an I need to close the browser.
In Snow Leopard with Flip4Mac WMV 2.3.0.7 there is currently a bug in the Launch QuickTime Player preference option that is causing Flip4Mac to open the video in Firefox instead of QuickTime. Furthermore, it attempts to open this video repeatedly forcing the user to quit. This can be disabled by going to System Preferences/Flip4Mac WMV/Browser and unchecking the Launch QuickTime Player option. You may have to reboot for this change to be recognized.

Can I share downloaded scenes with my friends or post online?
No. They are for your personal use only.

Do the downloaded scenes use DRM?
No, there are no digital rights management limits set on the files.

How do I cancel?
Currently we do not have a recurring option, once you run out of minutes, your account remains, though you have to buy more minutes to watch more movies. You do not need to create another account.

Can I get a credit for unused minutes?
Sorry, no. Better get to watching some hot broads.

Do minutes expire?
Currently minutes will stay in our system for 60 days. This may change one day.

Where can I find more of 'Model Name'?
